Job description

This role is critical in ensuring the consistency and efficiency of both the production kitchen and service kitchen, with a strong emphasis on hygiene, preparation standards, and kitchen organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Fully oversee both the production kitchen and service kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations

Execute and supervise high-volume batch cooking based on standardized recipes and production plans

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times

Ensure meticulous storage management, proper labelling, and stock rotation (FIFO)

Lead, train, and supervise kitchen team members to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency

Work closely with management on kitchen planning, workflow optimization, and cost control

Support the Executive Chef in recipe testing, SOP development, and kitchen team coordination

Requirements:

English proficiency is a plus

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in high-volume or fast casual settings

Strong background in production kitchen operations, batch cooking, and recipe standardization

Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail

Thorough knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP principles, and kitchen safety standards

Proven leadership abilities with effective communication and team management skills

Experience in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage
