Working at Sitetracker as a Senior Project Manager, you won’t just oversee timelines—you’ll drive enterprise-level impact. This role is at the heart of aligning strategic goals with project execution, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business value across global teams. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that span departments and time zones, breaking down silos and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.

With a focus on delivery, reporting, and resource optimization, you’ll act as the trusted link between strategic vision and operational delivery. What You'll Do:

You’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from start to finish—keeping them on time, on budget, and aligned with global business goals. You’ll turn strategy into action by building clear plans, managing risks, and driving results that deliver real business value.

You’ll be the go-to connector across teams, breaking down silos and keeping stakeholders aligned across time zones. You’ll own governance and reporting, provide sharp updates to executives, and ensure every project meets PMO standards.

You’ll improve how we deliver, standardizing tools and processes to boost efficiency and visibility. With a focus on ROI and resource optimization, you’ll help ensure every initiative moves the needle and that our customers are set up for success on the Sitetracker platform.

The Skills You'll Have:

• Project Management
• Handle multiple software project implementations simultaneously (waterfall and agile) at SME and enterprise levels across regions (ANZ & Asia) without losing focus or dropping the ball.
• Quickly assess urgency and impact to reallocate resources accordingly.
• Process data in various formats to generate reports and dashboards for project monitoring.
• Manage scope and balance stakeholder expectations across regions.
• Analyze issues and decisions to align them with long-term business goals.
• Confidently present to and influence C-level executives.
• Use analytics, KPIs, and real-time metrics to build dashboards and steer decisions.

• Relationship Management
• Identify, map, and prioritize stakeholders (executives, users, technical teams, vendors).
• Build trusted relationships by understanding stakeholder goals and communication preferences.
• Create a transparent project environment promoting shared ownership.
• Deliver clear, tailored communication across all levels.
• Influence without authority through data-driven insights.
• Unify teams and manage strained relationships or at-risk projects.
• Build long-lasting stakeholder partnerships beyond individual projects.

• Technical Aptitude
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams using technical terminology.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Salesforce) and deployment/data load concepts.
• Understand data models, relational databases, and reporting tools.
• Lead complex implementations involving Salesforce migration, custom development, and enterprise integration.
• Engage in architecture discussions with engineers and architects.
• Read and understand technical documentation and data flow diagrams.

• Process Design and Improvement
• Identify workflow pain points and redundancies.
• Collaborate with SMEs, users, and architects to validate improvements.
• Balance global standardization with regional/custom needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Build consensus and manage competing priorities.
• Design tailored rollouts considering regional change-readiness.
• Establish governance models for consistency and evolution.

Within 90 Days, You'll:

• Understand Sitetracker’s operational, technical, and customer landscape.
• Assess project readiness and identify risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support project success.
• Learn Sitetracker’s methodology and delivery playbook.
• Present early insights, risks, and timelines to executives.

Within 180 Days, You'll:

• Launch and complete at least one full implementation with measurable value.
• Standardize implementation processes.
• Implement a feedback loop to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction and align with business objectives.

Within 365 Days, You'll:

• Lead multiple projects, including complex Salesforce deployments with ROI.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Standardize project delivery and governance frameworks.
• Advise executives on roadmaps and initiatives.
• Create a regional rollout playbook tailored by country.
