DKatalis is a fintech company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Developer Experience & Engineering Enablement team in Jakarta. You will shape how engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software by providing reusable tools, platforms, and self-service capabilities, improving productivity and delivery.

You will own critical initiatives, influence engineering practices, and explore innovative ideas to deliver lasting improvements across the organization.

Formación

• Production-quality software development experience.
• Ability to own engineering initiatives end-to-end.
• Forward-thinking mindset with curiosity for emerging tech.
• Proficiency in Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and modern practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native tech, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or with Backstage.
• Familiarity with Harness, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build developer tools and platforms that accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines, scaffolding, and golden paths for standardized delivery.
• Build self-service capabilities via developer portals, service catalogs, and workflow automation.
• Enable observability through instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance tooling and automate delivery.
• Identify engineering challenges and drive improvements shaping developer experience.
