About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, top-notch Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Salatiga. You will design, develop, and maintain components for our software products and robotic control systems, working closely with global engineering teams to solve complex challenges in image processing, robotics, embedded systems, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software, using C#, C++, or Java in Visual Studio.
• Design system architecture and apply best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field.
• Collaborate with global peers to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in C#, C++, or Java (combination acceptable).
• Strong understanding of OOP and system architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral & written).
• Willing to work onsite in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia.
