Job summary

PT Innovatech Solutions Asia is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join the technology team. You will own design and development across enterprise ERP, case management, and integration with Java/Spring Boot and .NET.

You’ll drive architecture for a multi-tenant platform, build robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and work with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes in both application and infrastructure contexts. Strong security practices and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing or working with enterprise application architecture, ideally multi-tenant.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 / C# and Java–NET integration.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, ACR, and Azure DevOps.
• Good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines including deployment and rollback processes.
• Familiarity with networking, DNS, and reverse proxy infrastructure.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, IAM/SSO, OWASP, and information security principles.
• Experience working with Git and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and taking ownership of projects.
• Willing to work onsite Monday–Friday in Jakarta.

• Maintain and enhance legacy .NET Framework 4.8 / C# case management application.
• Support reliable integration between Java and .NET systems and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.

Job description

PT Innovatech Solutions Asia is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will work on our enterprise ERP platform and case management systems, contributing across software development, technical architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and production support. You will work on a hands‑on senior engineering role with broad technical exposure, taking ownership of technical challenges, working closely with the team and business stakeholders, and helping shape how we build and maintain our systems.

What You Will do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Take ownership of technical architecture for our multi‑tenant ERP platform.

Maintain and enhance our legacy .NET Framework 4.8 / C# case management application.

Support reliable integration between Java and .NET systems and troubleshoot cross‑platform issues.

Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build, testing, deployment, release, and rollback processes.

Work hands‑on with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, across both application and infrastructure environments.

Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical systems.

Evaluate and recommend technologies based on technical and business requirements, including emerging areas such as AI/LLM, OCR, and SSO.

Participate in technical hiring, including interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding.

Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Who We Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong professional experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.

Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Experience designing or working with enterprise application architecture, ideally in a multi‑tenant environment.

Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 / C# and Java–.NET integration.

Strong experience with SQL Server, including relational data modelling, query optimization, and safe bulk data operations.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, ACR, and Azure DevOps.

Good working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, including deployment and rollback processes.

Familiarity with networking, DNS, and reverse proxy infrastructure.

Understanding of secure coding practices, IAM/SSO, OWASP, and information security principles.

Experience working with Git and Agile/Scrum teams.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing changing priorities and taking ownership of projects.

Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with the team.

Willing to work onsite Monday–Friday in Jakarta.
