Responsibilities

1. Conduct system analysis and development with limited support to keep clients’ systems current with changing technologies.
2. Analyze system specifications and translate requirements for junior programmers.
3. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and improve current programs, designing solutions for problematic code.
4. Plan, process, and perform all tasks efficiently, responding promptly to bug reports.
5. Design, coordinate, and supervise software development to solve information processing problems.
6. Research and recommend software tools to management.
7. Assist testers and support personnel in resolving system issues.
8. Advise management on programmer productivity and software development management.
9. Participate in long-term planning for new projects and facilities.
10. Design, write, modify, and debug high-difficulty computer programs.
11. Collaborate with management to evaluate current systems and plan future developments.
12. Learn emerging technologies quickly and integrate them into existing systems.
13. Identify whether problems are caused by hardware, OS software, applications, or network failures.
14. Perform performance tuning, optimization, and automation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing web applications using ASP.NET or ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing software/application implementation projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environments and in problem-solving scenarios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
