Job Description
The Senior Social Media Strategist will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the Indonesian social media team to execute the brands digital vision.
Creating and overseeing strategic monthly and weekly editorial calendars for Instagram and TikTok.
Supervising the end-to-end execution of content and campaign initiatives across social platforms.
Tracking performance metrics of social content, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to optimize engagement and reach.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Brand Development, and Brand Activation teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members to grow their skills and contribution within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy and content planning.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within the Indonesian market.
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, features, and audience behavior.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategy accordingly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
