Responsible for managing the company's social media matrix, including daily operations on platforms such as Instagram (IG), TikTok (TK), and community content;
Plan and create daily image and text content for TikTok, Instagram, and social groups, including photography, copywriting, and layout design, ensuring the content is of high quality and attractive;
Handle the filming, editing, and post-production of videos on various social media platforms, ensuring the videos meet platform-specific features and user preferences, while maintaining high quality and update frequency.
Participate in planning and executing company online and offline events, including designing promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and leaflets, overseeing material production, and ensuring the event's effectiveness;
Assist the team with daily promotional and marketing tasks.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or above, with at least two years of experience in social media operations, familiar with the operational rules and strategies of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and social groups;
Proficient in short video content creation, filming, editing, and post-production skills. Strong ability in copywriting, graphic design, and layout of posters and promotional materials. Skilled in design and video editing software;
Creative, with a good sense of internet trends, aesthetics, marketing planning ability, and data analysis skills;
Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented. Strong execution and stress tolerance, good communication skills, and teamwork ability.
