Job description

Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and suggest the right server and storage solutions.

Create and present technical designs and solution plans to clients.

Analyze existing infrastructure to recommend the best server and storage setup.

Lead technical meetings with customers to explain how solutions meet their business goals.

Help prepare technical responses for RFPs, including system designs and specifications.

Oversee the setup and delivery of server and storage systems, ensuring they meet standards and customer expectations.

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware, virtual environments, and storage systems.

Manage storage performance, capacity, and provisioning to meet client needs.

Handle data migration, backup planning, and disaster recovery solutions.

Make sure new solutions work well with the client’s current systems and provide support after installation.

Train client teams to manage and maintain the new systems.

Keep up with new technologies and best practices in servers and storage.

Build strong relationships with clients and offer advice to improve their IT systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects on time and meet customer goals.

Guide and mentor junior team members to help them grow their technical skills.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information System or related field.

5+ years of experience in server and storage consulting or related roles.

Proven experience in presales activities, including creating technical proposals, solution designs, and presentations to clients.

Expertise in server hardware (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS, DAS, etc.).

Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong experience with backup, replication, disaster recovery, and data migration strategies.

Familiarity with storage protocols and technologies (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB, etc.).

Deep understanding of server and storage architecture, including high availability and scalability principles.

Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing storage environments.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex server/storage issues.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within project timelines.

Advantage Skill :

Proficiency in English language

Ability to work in deadline-focused environment, consistently producing deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
