Jakarta, Indonesia membutuhkan Senior SEO & LLMO Executive untuk mendukung delivery strategi SEO dan Generative Engine Optimisation bagi klien global. Anda akan membantu riset, pelaporan, dan implementasi sambil mendapat pengalaman langsung pada proyek klien dan manajemen akun sehari-hari.

Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat, pemahaman SEO teknikal dan on-page, serta minat pada LLM untuk penelitian konten dan evaluasi.

Qualifications

• 2–4 tahun pengalaman SEO/organic search.
• Pemahaman SEO teknikal dan on-page.
• Minat pada Generative Engine Optimisation dan LLM Optimisation.
• Keahlian menggunakan alat analitik SEO.

Responsibilities

• Mendukung Head of SEO & LLMO untuk mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi SEO, GEO.
• Mengupdate, menginterpretasikan, dan menganalisis laporan visibilitas organik & generatif untuk klien, dengan rekomendasi kata kunci dan konten.
• Melakukan analisis pesaing, SERP, dan lanskap generatif untuk identifikasi peluang optimasi.
• Mengembangkan hipotesis untuk perencanaan dan eksekusi eksperimen SEO, GEO, dan konten on-page.
• Bekerja dengan tim akun dan konten untuk menyelaraskan strategi SEO & GEO di seluruh aktivitas klien.
• Mengikuti perkembangan terbaru mesin pencari, platform generatif, dan penemuan berbasis LLM.

What are we looking for

We’re looking for an enthusiastic SEO & LLMO executive to join our team and support the delivery of Search Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation strategies for our global client. In this role, you’ll assist with research, reporting, and implementation while gaining hands-on experience across client projects and day-to-day account management.

What you will be responsible for

• Support the Head of SEO & LLMO to develop and execute SEO & GEO strategies for our clients globally.
• Update, interpret, and analyse organic search and generative visibility reports to be presented to clients, including keyword and content optimisation recommendations.
• Perform competitor, SERP, and generative landscape analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses for planning and executing SEO, GEO, and on-page content experiments.
• Work with account and content teams to align SEO and GEO strategies across client activity.
• Keep up to date with new developments across search engines, generative search platforms, and LLM-driven discovery.

What are the requirements of the role?

• 2-4 years’ experience in SEO or organic search.
• A strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and on-page optimisation.
• Practical experience or demonstrated interest in Generative Engine Optimisation and LLM Optimisation, including the use of LLMs for content research, drafting, or evaluation.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics & Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills and a logical, data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
