Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance in Jakarta offers a three-month internship in Finance Operations, with potential for full-time conversion after the internship. You will assist with reconciliations for active clients and support accurate monthly billing.

You will organize invoices, answer accounts payable queries, and take on ad hoc duties while gaining exposure to digital advertising reconciliation for global brands within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Exceptional eye for detail.

What are we looking for?

The business focuses on digital media, and strategy & we are presently offering several internship opportunities to talented individuals in our Jakarta office. This is a three-month internship, but successful candidates must be able to assume a full-time role if offered post-internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Finance Ops team to perform reconciliations for existing active clients and ensure accuracy and timely billing of all items.
• Organize and keep track of invoices across partners monthly.
• Solve invoice related queries from accounts payable.
• Perform other Adhoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate from Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• An exceptional eye for detail
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most notably Microsoft Excel
• Great communication skills.
• Organized, with a strong attention to detail and capable of handling projects simultaneously.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, mobile etc.) and reconciliations would be an added advantage.
• Must be able to think on one’s feet and take an idea from concept to completion.
