Job summary

Cargill is seeking a SAP Manufacturing Specialist on a contractual basis to support production plants in the Serang region. You will structure information and govern SAP deployment within the production process, monitoring progress and requirements to enable better decision making.

The role requires 3–5 years SAP experience, knowledge of PP, MM, QM modules, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and IT teams. Willingness to travel within Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Having 3–5 years of SAP experience (daily support, UAT/Go-Live, or troubleshooting SAP vs process).
• SAP module knowledge in manufacturing (Production Planning, Material Planning, SAP QM).
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Active participation in SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and IT teams to understand business needs and priorities.
• Identify process failures and notify stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Generate daily reports to provide structured information related to production.
• Follow environment, health and security activities for plant partners.
• Handle basic issues under supervision; escalate complex ones.
• Other duties as assigned.
