Job summary

Cargill is seeking a SAP Manufacturing Specialist for a contractual role covering the Serang region. You will structure information to support SAP deployment within the production process and monitor progress across plants.

The role requires 3-5 years of SAP experience in manufacturing and knowledge of PP, MM, and QM modules, with ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT. Travel across Indonesia plants is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of SAP experience (daily support, UAT/Go-Live member, or troubleshooting).
• SAP modules knowledge in manufacturing: Production Planning, Material Planning, SAP QM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Active participation in SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply chain, Quality and IT teams to understand business needs and priorities.
• Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.
• Identify process failures (functional testing, integration testing, UAT) and notify stakeholders.
• Generate daily reports to provide structured information related to the production process.
• Follow up on environment, health and security activities for plant partners.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
