Job summary

Accenture is seeking a fresh‑graduate friendly SAP BPC analyst in Semarang to participate in requirements gathering, design, and configuration of SAP BPC models for financial consolidation and planning. You will support post‑go‑live activities and contribute to upskilling the Delivery Center team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, have basic knowledge of financial processes, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Functional knowledge in Financial Consolidation and Financial Planning / Zero-based Budgeting
• Basic accounting knowledge desirable
• Relevant SAP certifications a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering and design phase to define business requirements and system blueprint design.
• Build SAP BPC model & dimension
• Perform SAP BPC system configuration such as business process flow and business rules.
• Compose user procedure and maintenance procedure documentations
• Compose functional & technical design document where applicable
• Provide post go-live support to troubleshoot issues in production environment
• Contribute to drive SAP BPC upskilling for Delivery Center resources
