Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP FI professional in Semarang to lead end-to-end FI implementations and support. The candidate will manage requirements, design functional specs, and coordinate testing and global IT partnerships to deliver efficient SAP solutions.

With over a decade of experience, you will drive improvements across FI.GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup in Semarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and managerial experience.
• Experience in implementation or support of SAP FI-General Ledger projects.
• In-depth analytical and project management skills.
• Exposure to FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA; CA/ICWA advantageous.
• Fluent in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including sub-ledgers (AP, AR, and AA).
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document the business requirements.
• Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements including reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing after development completion.
• Coordinate with IT partners worldwide to deliver services to clients.
• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and Managerial experience.
• Experienced in implementation or support of SAP FI-General Ledger projects.
• In-depth analytical and project management skills.
• Should have worked on various projects on Implementation, Support, Enhancement, Roll Outs, Upgrades, etc.
• Must have done at least end to end Implementation.
• Should have exposure in FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA. CA/ICWA will be an added advantage.
• Has good English communication skills and technical skills.
• Willing to work in Semarang (hybrid).
