Develop and implement sales strategies targeting healthcare professionals, institutions, and decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, such as hospital administrators, doctors, medical directors, and procurement officers.
Educate healthcare professionals about product benefits, usage, and compliance with industry regulations.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations when necessary.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Work to retain existing clients by providing exceptional service and offering new product solutions when appropriate.
Requirements:
Minimum D3 (Diploma) in any Major
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales of consumables or pharmaceuticals (local area is preferred)
Knowledge of consumable products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries
Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Target-oriented with good negotiation skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
High mobility and willingness to travel for business trips
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
