As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with existing client relationships to manage and grow accounts across Indonesia. You will be responsible for driving new business, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships in both export and import freight forwarding. You’ll be supported by an experienced Customer Service and Documentation team to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling.
This position includes a performance-based commission scheme with high earning potential. You will also be mentored directly by our Sales Manager to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – 10.000.000/month (base) + performance-based commission
Probation: Up to 6 months with performance evaluation
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage client accounts (export & import) from prospecting to after-sales
- Prepare quotations, rate proposals, and negotiate terms with customers
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Align with Customer Service, Documentation, and Finance team to deliver excellent service
- Submit accurate Sales Reports and updates to management
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and reactivation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or related industry
- Existing client relationships is a strong plus
- Proven track record in sales, including business development and account management
- Interested in developing a long-term career in logistics and sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. business proficiency)
- Proficient in Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheet, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Open to working across departments and learning operational processes
- Willing to work overtime or beyond office hours when required
