The Senior Sales Manager - Weddings & Events supports the Director of Sales in leading the Weddings & Events Sales Team. This role involves overseeing negotiations, coordination, and successful handling of Weddings and Events, ensuring departmental operation maximizes business opportunities and maintains high service standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing Hilton University courses and passing assessments.
  • Gaining familiarity with hotel products and related activities.
  • Promoting and selling hotel products, especially Weddings and Events.
  • Achieving sales targets and completing related tasks.
  • Developing sales plans, obtaining approvals, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs through various communication methods.
  • Producing quotations, sending contracts, and following up.
  • Guiding clients through hotel facilities.
  • Operating reservation systems for bookings.
  • Sending work orders and coordinating with departments.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and feedback.
  • Recommending other hotel group brands to clients.
  • Gathering market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitoring competitors’ products and market activities.
  • Welcoming key clients and VIPs.
  • Facilitating communication between Sales and Operations teams.
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints.
  • Maximizing sales and forecasting revenues.
  • Supervising and guiding sales team members.
  • Participating in marketing planning and budgeting.
  • Assisting in recruiting and training staff.
  • Performing tasks as assigned, with flexibility for departmental updates.
