Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in Indonesia. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. You’ll play a key role in business development, team management, and delivering integrated marketing solutions to clients across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of three sales executives, ensuring the group collectively achieves a monthly sales target of IDR 1.5 billion.
- Drive new business development via cold calling, networking, referrals, and both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, client retention, and market penetration.
- Work closely with internal teams to design tailored digital marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to contract closure and onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline; report regularly on performance and forecasting.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing data accuracy, documentation, and internal coordination processes.
Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or sales management roles.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
