Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for new machines sales target.

  1. Develop opportunities to maintain existing customers in the respective country/region to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Identify emerging markets to discover new sales opportunities and promote company products.
  3. Ensure the annual sales target assigned will be achieved.
  4. Manage distributors by setting sales targets and monitoring their performance.
  5. Develop plans and strategies to enhance branding and market share.
  6. Prepare sales presentations and visit customers and prospects to introduce and update production information and new technology.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
  8. Forecast monthly sales revenue and prepare sales reports.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineer.
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the machines industry; automation machines experience is an advantage.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
  5. Energetic and passionate independent.
  6. Proficiency in English communication.
