Job description

Responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our product to existing and prospective customers based in Indonesia.

Responsible for individual and corporate memberships’ revenue targets, including overall revenue targets. Forecast sales and achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Identify customers’ needs, interests, problems, and react differently. Keep abreast of market trends and competitors’ practices.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.

Reach out to customer leads through initiative programs and innovation.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Able to analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare sales reports.

Requirements of the Role:

Minimum bachelor's degree in management or any related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Hospitality or Golf Industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Have a good personality, be attractive, creative, and innovative.

Highly motivated and results-driven sales representative with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Confident and outgoing personality.

Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Candidates with knowledge of golf will have an advantage.
