Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day sales and productivity.
  • Identifying and onboarding buyers on a daily basis.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the sales performance and act accordingly in real-time.
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics for successful order fulfillment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential B2B clients, analyzing their market position, and evaluating sales options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Research and recommend new business opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify potential product improvements or new product opportunities.
  • Promote and advise on upcoming product developments and special promotions to clients.
  • Coordinate with the CRM and Warehouse teams to monitor stock availability and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales performance and work with the team to develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide accurate market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • This role will be responsible for covering the East Indonesia region, ensuring business growth and market expansion in this area.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any Retail Industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail/grosir sales management, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for business needs and must possess own transportation with a valid driving license.
  • Preferably based in East Indonesia or willing to travel extensively within the region.
