Responsibilities include managing client relationships and achieving sales targets while collaborating with support teams. We specialize exclusively in portable and fixed gas detector products, serving key industrial sectors such as oil & gas, marine, mining, and manufacturing.
• Manage B2B clients in industrial sectors (oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, power plant, etc).
• Handle leads, conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and close deals.
• Collaborate with sales support team to manage pricing, documentation, and process flow.
• Collaborate with product support team to deliver technical solutions and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Familiar with e‑procurement processes in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or safety equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of project/tender‑based sales processes.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, structured, and committed to results.
• Willing to travel for on‑site meetings or technical discussions.
• Willing to be assigned to one of our focus cities (Balikpapan or Pekanbaru).
Basic salary: IDR 5,000,000 – 10,000,000.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance (commissions & bonuses).
