About the role

Join our team as a Full-time Senior Sales Executive at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia, a leading provider of International freight forwarding and logistics solutions. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customers portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Aggressively promote company's services of Freight Forwarding and Logistics (Warehousing)
• Collaborate with Overseas networking for business expansion
• Identifying and pursuing new business leads through company database and market research
• Ensure seamless delivery of services to customers by good cooperation with Operation Division
• Providing regular sales and performance reports to the Management
• Negotiate contract terms to secure the business and collaborate with finance for the payment
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospects.
• Proactively discuss with stakeholders to fulfil client demand

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experiences as sales or business development in International Freight Forwarding industry
• Well knowledge of International Freight Forwarding and Incoterms is mandatory
• Proven good sales track record of consistently achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and good personality
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal
• Ability to operate computer and accurate detail for calculating profitable business
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verba
