- Candidate must possess at least a Technical High School or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Engineer in Hose Industries, Heavy Equipment, Pumps, Oil & Gas sectors.

- Good leadership skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Result-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, attentive to customer needs.

- Extensive network and good relationships with customers.

- Willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

- Preferably owns a personal vehicle.

Job Description:
  1. Responsible for meeting sales targets.
  2. Lead and coordinate the sales team and staff.
  3. Search for new clients who may benefit from the company's products or services.
  4. Expand the market and maximize customer potential in the assigned area.
  5. Develop long-term relationships and visit customers regularly.
  6. Engage in presentations and negotiations with customers.
  7. Calculate client quotations and manage client accounts.
  8. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  9. Support after-sales services and provide technical backup as required.
  10. Make technical presentations demonstrating how products meet client needs.
  11. Resolve problems and offer the best solutions to customers.
  12. Prepare competitor analysis and benchmarking reports.
  13. Develop sales and marketing forecasts, strategies, and routinely report on activities.
  14. Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to the Operations Manager.
