Vous serez responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente tout en développant de solides relations avec les clients. - Candidate must possess at least a Technical High School diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Engineer in Hose Industries, Heavy Equipment, Pumps, Oil & Gas sectors.

- Possess good leadership qualities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Result-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, attentive to customer needs.

- Has an extensive network and good relationships with customers.

- Willing to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

- Preferably owns a personal vehicle.

- Location: Jakarta.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets.
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team and staff.
  • Search for new clients who might benefit from the company's products or services.
  • Expand market reach and maximize customer potential in the assigned area.
  • Develop long-term relationships and visit customers regularly.
  • Participate in presentations and negotiations with customers.
  • Calculate client quotations and manage client accounts.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Offer after-sales support and technical backup as required.
  • Make technical presentations demonstrating how products meet client needs.
  • Resolve problems and provide the best solutions to customers.
  • Prepare competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Develop sales and marketing forecasts, action plans, strategies, and routinely report on all sales and marketing activities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to the Operations Manager.
