Job description

My client is a leading IT company offering security products, including APT Discovery platform, Operation and Maintenance Audit and Risk Control System, Comprehensive Log Auditor, Database Auditor, Web Vulnerability Scanner, and Cloud and Big Data Security platforms, as well as SaaS cloud security services.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide pre-sales technical support for the Indonesian market, including product presentations, technical discussions, customer needs analysis, solution design, and bidding-related tasks.
  2. Identify and explore business opportunities and project trends in the region, staying ahead of industry developments.
  3. Conduct technical training for sales teams, delivering new solutions and strategies effectively.
  4. Develop and share regional technical outputs, such as best practices, case studies, and reference solutions.
  5. Lead pre-sales support for key projects, guiding and tracking customized product development as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales role (or similar) within the cybersecurity industry, with expertise in customer engagement, solution design, bidding, and competitive testing.
  2. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, including foundational security, data security, cloud security, and IoT security. Familiarity with industry regulations and policies is a plus.
  3. Excellent documentation skills, including solution proposals, bid preparation, and case study development.
