Job description

A leading Yoga school in Bali is seeking Senior Sales & Customer Onboarding Coach for inbound enquiry and leads management, guiding the potential student or guest journey towards a successful product sale. This is a highly sought-after role, with attractive base monthly salary and monthly performance incentives in a highly supported and engaging environment.

Responsibilities :

  1. Lead scheduling:Interact with prospect leads and drive appointment bookings to get on to voice or video calls to maximise conversion.
  2. Lead qualification:Determine the suitability of prospective students for the YTT program by assessing their yoga experience, motivations, and goals. This often involves asking qualifying questions and having in-depth conversations.
  3. Providing Information:Offer detailed information about the YTT program, including curriculum, faculty, schedule, pricing, payment plans, certification, and career prospects.
  4. Addressing Objections:Skilfully handle objections and concerns potential students may have, such as time commitment, financial investment, or perceived lack of experience.
  5. Building Rapport:Establish a genuine connection with prospective students, building trust and demonstrating empathy.
  6. Guiding the Enrolment Process:Assist students with the application process, including completing forms, providing necessary documentation, and processing payments.
  7. Following Up:Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels to nurture relationships and encourage enrolment.
  8. Sales process standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practice maintenance:Actively contribute to identifying best practice in relation to sales process & document it for feeding into sales platform and CRM.
  9. Welcome to House of Om:After student has paid in Full, schedule onboarding calls with customers before their check-in to make sure that they understand the product and provide them with highest degree of comfort around the product. Apply excellent conversation skills to make the customers ‘feel good’ about the choice that they have made; minimise cancellations.
  10. Addressing any ‘post sale’ objections:Skilfully handle questions and concerns ‘paid’ students may have, such as weather, logistics, location questions, etc.
  11. Building Rapport:Establish a genuine connection with customers before their arrival, building trust and demonstrating empathy.

Requirements :

  1. Professional experience:min 8 years of professional experience in any industry with at least 3+ years of experience in services industry e.g. Contact center, hospitality / resort, sales and or related disciplines.
  2. Excellent communication skills:Both verbal and written. Strong phone handling manners and ability to write friendly, to-the-point emails and text (Instagram, WhatsApp) messages.
  3. Empathy and Active Listening Skills:Ability to listen keenly, with deep empathy towards needs of the client; and understand and address individual needs of the customer.
  4. Strong commercial and business intelligence (product knowledge):Ability to position product for its strengths and gently work with the customer on how the product works well to meet customer’s needs.
  5. Strong Sales and Persuasion Skills:Ability to influence and close deals ethically.
  6. Genuine Passion for Yoga and Wellness:Deep empathy and understanding for how Yoga and wellness programs create value for customers is essential. Previous Yoga self-practice or teaching experience will be highly regarded.
  7. Knowledge of Yoga and YTT Programs:Understanding of the curriculum, teaching methodologies, and industry standards will be highly regarded.
  8. Organization and Time Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  9. Proficiency in CRM Software e.g. HubSpot:Experience using CRM systems to manage sales data.
  10. High drive, Ambition, Self-Initiative: Taking are very important character attributes. You are a go-getter, have achiever’s mindset, have strong work ethics and values as a reliable team member.
  11. High self-discipline to operate in a Sales role to be available in agreed hours.
  12. The role requires rigorous training and hence the training investment is justified with Full/time role only; we are flexible to allow someone who can join min 4 days per week.
