Qualifications:
Domiciled in Jabodetabek.
Familiarity in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul industry is a great plus point.
CRM software experience is a plus.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
Strong sales planning and forecasting abilities.
Experiences:
Minimum 5 years experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably as an account manager or similar role.
Proficient in cold calling, customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
Able to develop new leads while maintaining existing customers.
Experience in creating long-term partnerships with procurements or maintenance departments in customers' factories.
Existing network in industries like palm oil mills, power plants, refineries, oil and gas is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Achieve personal and team sales targets, driving consistent revenue growth from active customers.
Lead, mentor, and support the Sales Account Manager team to grow the number of monthly active customers.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine effective sales strategies to achieve both individual and team goals.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments (such as Marketing, Operations, and Admin Sales) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather, analyze, and share market trends and customer insights with the team to support strategic business decisions.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities for company expansion, coaching the team to seize high-potential prospects.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and deliver coaching to improve the sales team’s skills andeffectiveness.
Self-driven and proactive.
Leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior salespeople.
Willing to travel and visit industrial areas regularly in or out of JABODETABEK.
