We seek a resource-driven Senior Salesman to anchor our Jakarta operations. The successful candidate will receive base salary + aggressive commissions tied directly to converting existing factory/channel resources into operational pipelines. Mandatory requirement: Permanent residency in Indonesia with readiness to travel across Java islands.

What you'll be doing

Mission
Drive domestic sales by securing clients interested in distributing factory/brand products (sourced from China or Indonesia) through B2B channels. Build sustainable distribution networks to achieve sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Source high-potential products (skincare/body care/cosmetics/wellness).
• Manage cross-border supply chain (pricing/QC/logistics) with China/Indonesia-based suppliers.
• Prospect and onboard retailers, resellers, and B2B platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, secure orders, and ensure payment collection.
• Analyze competitors/channel trends to optimize distribution models.
• Collaborate on trade promotions (rebates, incentives).
