You will lead engagements across banking, insurance, and investment management, advising on regulatory compliance, digital banking initiatives, risk management, and operational resilience, while delivering measurable results for senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or senior advisory within financial services.
• Deep banking operations knowledge, regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in digital banking, risk, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent remote leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements for clients in banking, insurance and investment management.
• Advise on regulatory compliance such as AML, KYC, and capital requirements.
• Develop digital transformation strategies, incl. fintech integration and customer experience.
• Oversee risk management, cybersecurity and operational resilience projects.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decisions.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and ensure project delivery.
