Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Lead to head a team responsible for preparing and submitting all mandatory regulatory filings. You will drive robust processes, collaborate with multiple departments to collect data, and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Applicants should have a deep understanding of OJK, BI, LPS, LBU rules and audit requirements, with a track record in process automation and continuous improvement within banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting.
• Experience leading teams in regulatory reporting and audits.
• Deep understanding of reporting requirements of OJK, BI, LPS, LBU, KPM, GWM, RBB, LDR, SCV, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations and develop reporting solutions.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills to coordinate timely submissions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for preparation and submission of all mandatory regulatory reports.
• Oversee development and implementation of robust processes and controls for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and consolidate data required for reporting.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and adapt processes accordingly.
• Provide guidance and support in interpreting regulations and addressing compliance issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Represent the bank in discussions with regulatory authorities and auditors on reporting matters.
• Mentor and develop team skills to build a strong regulatory reporting function.
