Perusahaan perekrutan terkemuka di Jakarta Timur mencari Kandidat untuk posisi Recruiter. Tugas utama termasuk mencari kandidat, mengelola pengalaman kandidat, dan menjalankan proses onboarding. Calon ideal memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait dan pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam rekrutmen, terutama di bidang Retail dan Hospitality. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi rekrutmen.
- Pengalaman di Retail, FnB, atau Hospitality lebih disukai.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management or related field
- Willing to travel when required, is preferred
- Minimum have 2 years of experience in office position recruitment (mandatory), preferable candidates with experience in Retail, FnB, or Hospitality and familiar with Massive Hiring
- Good experience in end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, interview, administration of psychological test, profiling candidates, etc
- Strong in sourcing candidates, approach candidates, manager the recruitment process, and maintain relation with user
- Having a strong database of professional candidates in the retail area and hospitality industry is an advantage
- Familiar with sosmed or job portal for optimize hiring needs
- Familiar with handling job fair events
- Assist in planning and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns
- How many years' experience do you have as a Recruitment Role?
Job Descriptions
- Sources candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resume and job application as well as taking initial interviews
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job posting, job descriptions, and position requirements aligned with user
- Perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the hiring process
- Assessing talent application, conducting interview and managing both internal and external stakeholder for open position
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Manager the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Taking other initiatives and activities supporting people activation program
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholder
- Assist in planning and executing employer branding strategies and campaigns
