An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and enhance employer branding. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align hiring goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes, and enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment on hiring goals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics in Indonesia to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Employer Branding:
• Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Development: Refine and articulate our EVP to resonate with target talent segments in Indonesia.
• Employer Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and career portals, to showcase our company culture and values.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our employer brand presence on relevant social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and local platforms.
• Events & Partnerships: Organize and participate in industry events, career fairs, and university partnerships to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
• Employee Advocacy: Develop and implement employee advocacy programs to encourage employees to share their positive experiences and promote our employer brand.
• Internal Communications: Collaborate with internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on employer branding initiatives.
• Local Cultural Awareness: Ensure all employer branding initiatives are culturally relevant and resonate with the Indonesian audience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a focus on senior-level recruitment in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian talent market and recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
