What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Mining clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions across all of our specialized sectors.
• Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
• Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft’s reputation within Energy/Mining.
• Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.

• Contract Recruitment Experience: At least 3+ years experience in an agency setting focusing on contract placements.
