Our growing Executive Search department is seeking for a 360 consultant with experience in the recruitment industry. Dayalima Group has been around for 25+ years with clients ranging from state-owned companies, multinational corporates, non-government organizations and foreign entities. We are looking for someone who is goal oriented and loves to learn new things, with a positive attitude towards problem solving. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Source and select top talent for clients through various channels, including databases, social media, and professional networks.
3. Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates and provide feedback to clients.
4. Coordinate the interview process and provide support to clients throughout the recruitment process.
5. Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
7. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
