Job summary

ATech Solution is seeking a hands-on frontend/mobile engineer to transform Figma designs into production screens for web and mobile apps. You will build a polished UI across platforms, adhere to a design system, and make UX decisions when designs are incomplete.

You’ll develop the new mobile app with React Native and TypeScript, and craft web interfaces with Next.js, React, TS, and Tailwind. Expect to own components, ensure accessibility, and contribute to a scalable monorepo.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend or mobile development experience.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Proven experience driving a project from planning to delivery with a clear approach.
• Comfortable working with fintech and financial market products, including trading platforms and investment apps.
• Published React Native app on Android and iOS.
• Able to work independently in a git monorepo: branches, small PRs, code review.
• Strong production web experience with React, TS, and Tailwind in a real product.
• Comfortable with Next.js App Router (Server vs Client components).
• Strong attention to detail with pixel-accurate work from Figma.
• Component library discipline: variants, tokens, Storybook.
• Solid layout skills (flex/grid, responsive).
• Accessibility by default: keyboard, focus, contrast, labels.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on developer to build pixel-accurate, polished UI across web and mobile, including a new mobile app for Android and iOS built with React Native. You will turn Figma designs into production screens, follow the product design system, and make sound UX calls when a design is incomplete. This is a development-focused role with UI/UX expertise.

What You’ll Do

Build the new mobile app for Android and iOS using React Native and TypeScript

Build and polish web UI using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind

Implement Figma designs with high visual fidelity, using the design system and tokens instead of raw values

Cover loading, empty, and error states in every screen, not only the happy path

Decide flow, layout, and touch behavior when designs are incomplete, and share simple flow notes or annotated screens for review

Work within the existing architecture and design system, reuse and improve shared components, and leave them cleaner than you found them

What You Need

Fluent English, written and verbal

3+ years of frontend or mobile development experience

Proven experience driving a project from planning to delivery, with a clear and well-thought-out approach at every step

Comfortable working with fintech and financial market products, including trading platforms and investment-related applications

Published React Native app on Android and iOS

Able to work independently in a git monorepo: branches, small pull requests, code review

Strong production web experience with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind in a real product, not only marketing sites

Comfortable with Next.js App Router (Server vs Client components)

Strong attention to detail, with proven pixel-accurate work from Figma

Component library discipline: variants, tokens, Storybook

Solid layout skills (flex/grid, responsive), able to debug spacing yourself

Accessibility by default: keyboard, focus, contrast, labels

Portfolio showing both shipped UI code and UX judgment
