Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor for raw materials.
• Proven ability to lead a warehouse team of 20+ operators.
• Willing to work from the Subang, West Java factory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
• Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues.
