Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor, especially for raw materials.
• Minimum associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead a warehouse team of at least 20 operators.
• Willing to work from factory in Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
• Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve operational issues.
