Job summary

Wasco Berhad is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets, cost control, and invoicing for engineering projects in Indonesia.

You will forecast costs, update BOQ/MTO, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring accurate financials and contractual compliance.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in relevant sectors; SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or heavy fabrication.
• Proficient in cost control, contracts, and measurement practices; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares execution budgets, monitors daily costs, handles forecasting, and verifies vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Forecasts client invoicing, compiles supporting documents, and manages variation orders from preparation to commercial meetings.
• Updates the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), submits and settles Material Take-Offs (MTO) with clients, and performs material reconciliation.
• Collaborates with the internal Project Team/Management, Clients, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
