Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel for financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Bekasi or similar urban environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects from tender stage through to completion.
• Manage the tendering process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating contractor bids.
• Monitor project costs, track expenses against budget, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Administer construction contracts, including variation orders, claims, and payments to contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues and ensure value for money.
