Job summary

Changan Auto Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer (Chinese Speaking) to serve as the quality representative at the Indonesia KD Plant.

You will drive vehicle quality management, investigate issues, and coordinate with regional teams to deliver technical support and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive quality.
• Strong experience in quality issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Experience with supplier quality management and after-sales quality handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management at the Indonesia KD Plant and oversee production quality control.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Coordinate with Changan HQ and ASEAN Technical/Quality teams to drive improvements.
• Manage incoming KD parts quality, supplier coordination, and warranty-related issues.
