Job summary
SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance professional to drive manual testing excellence for web and mobile applications. You will design test plans, execute diverse tests, and manage bugs while collaborating with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure and Product teams.
You will participate in analysis and planning, advocate agile practices, and continuously grow professionally in a fintech-adjacent product space.
Qualifications
- Formal QA testing experience preferred but demonstrable skills also valued.
- Experience across web and mobile (iOS & Android) platforms.
- Strong SQL for data-driven testing and validation.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform UI, functionality, regression, and integration testing.
- Create and manage bug reports; communicate with team.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure and Product.
- Participate in analysis, design and planning activities.
- Advocate for strong Agile practices and process improvement.
