Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
- 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, including test automation.
- Proven experience leading QA initiatives in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and testing principles.
- Experience with web, mobile, API, and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive QA strategies, standards, and best practices across product teams.
- Review requirements, acceptance criteria, and Gherkin specs for quality coverage.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and backend.
- Translate business requirements into robust automated test suites.
- Establish and improve test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead defect triage and mentor QA engineers in automation and testing methods.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to bake quality in from start.
