Job summary

SIGMATECH, a technology partner delivering web, mobile, and desktop software, seeks a Senior QA Automation engineer for banking/Fintech projects. You will architect and grow a scalable automation framework, lead testing strategy, and mentor a growing team of QA engineers.

Strong Flutter and API testing skills are essential. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity across modules, drive process improvements, and integrate automation into CI/CD for faster

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in QA with at least 3 years in test automation, preferably in Fintech/Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain a scalable test automation framework using Katalon Studio.
• Design and execute Integration Tests for Flutter mobile apps, ensuring data integrity.
• Lead QA automation roadmap, mentor juniors, and drive quality culture across engineering.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with Developers, PMs, and BAs to analyze issues and drive fixes.

Senior QA Automation (Banking) - Can Join Immediately

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years specializing in test automation (Fintech/Banking industry experience is a significant advantage).

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of Katalon Studio for web and mobile automation.


• Deep understanding of Integration Testing for Flutter (e.g., using Flutter’s integration_test package).


• Strong command of SQL for database validation.


• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).


• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions across cross-functional teams.

Communication: Fluent in professional English, both written and verbal.
