Job Description

BLOOM Outdoor Furniture is a premium German-Indonesian manufacturer of handcrafted outdoor furniture for luxury hotels, resorts, and cruise ships worldwide. Our products are designed in Germany and made in Indonesia at our own 17,000 sqm facility in Semarang.

We are looking for an experienced and motivatedSenior Project Sales Manager – Hospitality & Contract, based inSemarang, to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving project-based sales in the hospitality sector (hotels, villas, and resorts) and collaborating with designers, developers, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads in the luxury hospitality and property sectors
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and hotel developers
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to project delivery
• Work closely with our Semarang production team to coordinate custom orders
• Present quotations, product samples, and floorplan options to clients
• Visit project sites in Bali, Jakarta, or other regions as needed
• Use CRM software (Pipedrive or HubSpot) to track pipeline and forecasts
• Report to the Sales Director Indonesia

Performance Expectations:

• Achieve monthly project sales of IDR 300M+
• Deliver 10+ qualified leads per month
• Maintain 25–30% conversion rate from lead to project
• Ensure high client satisfaction and post-sale support
  

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B project sales (hospitality or furniture sector preferred)
• Strong communication skills inEnglish and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good network in the hospitality, resort, or design industry
• Familiar with CRM software and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Willing to travel for client meetings and project visits
• Passionate about design, service quality, and client relationships
