The role involves active participation in the handover process, including developing preliminary project organization and communication lines, stakeholder communication, and setting up coordination meetings. Other responsibilities include contract analysis, reviewing budget calculations, communicating with stakeholders, developing a detailed schedule, managing communication and stakeholders’ engagement, validating and controlling cost, scope, schedule, and quality, assisting in logistics, transport, and customs clearance communication, and documenting project lessons learned and know-how.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in international project management.
• Digital proficiency: Words – business / formal letter, Calculation – detail analyst, Presentation – summary project, Project / Libre – scheduling.
• Technical proficiency: Mechanical drawing knowledge, Knowledge in production, machining, manufacturing process (advantage).
• Communication proficiency: Stakeholders’ internal & external coordination, Quality check (FAT’s).
