As aSeniorProject Managerin Building Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, contributing to the strategic direction of our building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a reputable university
  • 5+ years of experience in managing high-rise building projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and relevant industry regulations
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and manage complex timelines and budgets
  • Skilled in project planning, risk management, and using tools like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar software

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of overseeing building projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Adjust project plans to align with management needs, demonstrating flexibility to meet evolving project requirements in the building construction sector
  • Manage, supervise, and coach the project team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities and contribute effectively to building project success
  • Leverage expertise in project management tools and software specific to building construction, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the overall project development process
