Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Indonesia seeks an experienced Project Logistics Expeditor to manage shipment expediting, planning, forecasting and coordination across project lifecycles.

You will develop forecasts, monitor readiness, coordinate with clients, EPC contractors and suppliers, and ensure timely, accurate information for operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project logistics, freight forwarding or expediting.
• Experience in EPC logistics and forwarding.
• Understanding of cargo information, shipment docs and delivery requirements.
• Experience with clients, EPC contractors, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Exposure to heavy-lift, oversized or complex cargo.
• Strong Excel and shipment tracking/reporting skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and follow-up ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate shipment forecasts covering readiness, volumes, origins, dates.
• Proactively follow up with clients, suppliers and stakeholders for updates.
• Monitor readiness and identify delays, gaps and risks early.
• Communicate shipment priorities and requirements clearly and on time.
• Plan shipment timing in line with project site delivery needs.
• Coordinate heavy-lift, oversized, or special cargo requirements.
• Prepare tracking and forecast reports to support planning.
• Work with operations and forwarding to translate forecasts into plans.
• Maintain close communication with clients and ensure agreed actions are followed.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly and drive resolution.
• Support smooth shipment execution throughout the project lifecycle.
