Job summary

Worley is hiring a Financial Specialist for the Indonesia team. The role focuses on project cost control, scheduling, estimating and change management leadership within our energy, chemicals and resources sectors.

You will need about 10 years of finance experience and a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA credentials preferred. This position is based in Indonesia with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in finance/project cost control for large projects.
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop document control estimates and budgets reflecting project scope.
• Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change leadership.
• Plan and monitor costs to identify required cash flows.
• Perform sensitivity analysis on estimates and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze cost trends, review forecasts, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Maintain cost reduction opportunities database and review monthly invoices.
